Day 01

Arrival

Upon Arrival, you will be met by your guide and transferred to your Hotel in Entebbe for the night. Check in and dinner. Meal Plan (B & B)

Day 02

Entebbe to Murchison Falls National

On this day, your guide will pick your hotel, after briefing about your journey, you will depart for Murchison falls National Park. You will have lunch at Kabalega Resort and proceed to Murchison Falls National Park and drive to the top of the falls from which the park is named, the world’s most powerful water fall. Accommodation options include paraa Safari Lodge, Pakuba Game Lodge, heritage Safari Lodge FB.

Day 03

Murchison Falls National Park

Early rise at the Lodge, after breakfast, your guide will brief u about the days activities and start the day with the game drive in the northern bank of the Nile, with chances of seeing the Rothchild’s Giraffe, elephants, lions, Jacksons Hartebeests, Oribis, Waterbucks, different bird species, and if its your lucky day, you will see the elusive Leopard.

In the afternoon, after lunch, enjoy a boat lunch on the Nile to the bottom of the falls and hike to the top of the falls where you will be rewarded with a breathtaking view of the World’s most powerful water fall. Head back to your Lodge, dinner and overnight.

Day 04

MFNP – Kibaale Forest National Park (8Hrs 445 km)

Early rise at your Lodge, check out and drive following the Albertine rift, with packed lunch enroute Fort Portal. Continue into Kibaale National Park in time for dinner. Check in at your Lodge and have dinner. Lodges include Primate Lodge Kibaale, Kibaale Forest Camp FB.

Day 05

Kibaale Forest National Park

On this day, after early rise at the Lodge and have your breakfast. After the pre-tracking briefing, you will either walk or drive to the trail head for the start of a sensational chimpanzee tracking experience, hiking in the footsteps of the habituated family of chimpanzees.

Return back to the Lodge for lunch and later enjoy a guided afternoon walk through Bigodi swamp. This wetland offers some of the finest birding and Monkey viewing in Uganda, the swamp walk through Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary is an admirable example of conservation and tourism. In Bigodi swamp, you can be able to identify more than 40 bird species in one walk.

Later return to the Lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal Plan FB

Day 06

Transfer from Kibaale to Queen Elizabeth National Park (3hrs 200kms)

After an early break fast at Primate Lodge Kibaale, you will drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park watching the scenic views of the cater lakes and the surrounding rolling hills, you will proceed south alongside the Rwenzori Mountains to Queen Elizabeth National Park for an Afternoon Game drive. Later Check in at your Lodge and rest Lodge options include Elephant Plains Lodge, Crater Safari Lodge, Kasenyi safari Camp, Queen Elizabeth Bush Lodge. (FB)

Day 07

AM Game Drive and PM Boat Cruise.

After your breakfast, your guide will brief you on the days activities and then you will set off for the morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park through both Mweya peninsula and the Kasenyi Plains where you will be able to see animals like the lion, Herds of elephants, antelopes, the elusive leopard and many mammals, Bird and reptile animal species. After the game drives we head back to the Lodge for you lunch.

After lunch, you will take the scenic boat cruise on the 33km long and 2-3 Km wide Kazinga channel. On this 2hr boat ride, you will enjoy excellent wildlife viewing, you will be able to spot elephants, buffalos, water bucks, Hippos, water monitor Lizard, crocodiles and many other animal species. Later head back to the lodge for dinner and overnight at your Lodge (FB). 

Day 08

Queen Elizabeth National Park (Ishasha Sector)

After breakfast, you will set off for a game drive as you proceed towards the southern part of the national park known as the Ishasha sector. Check in at the accommodation where you will have lunch. After lunch you will go for a game drive in search of the tree climbing lions, after head back the lodge, dinner and overnight at the lodge. Lodge options include Ishasha Wilderness camp, Ishasha Jungle Lodge, Ishasha Jungle lodge, meal plan FB.

Day 09

Transfer from Queen Elizabeth NP to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (2-3 hrs. 90 km)

On this day, after breakfast, you will wake up to a game drive in this part of the park known for its tree climbing lions, during the game drive you will also enjoy the beautiful sunrise. After the game drive you come back to the Lodge have breakfast, check out and head further south to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

Upon arrival, check in at your Lodge and enjoy lunch and relax at the lodge. After resting, you can embark on a self-guided community walk, later head back to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Lodge Options include Buhoma Lodge, Mahogany Springs, Engagi Tented Camp. Meal Plan FB. 

Day 10

Gorilla Tracking in BINP

On this day, wake up early at the accommodation and prepare to have an amazing adventure, an unforgettable encounter with the very gentle giants of the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Transfer to the park offices where you will be divided into groups of 8 and allocated a Gorilla family as well as a Tracking guide.

After Pre-tracking briefing by your guide, you drive to the trail head for the start of your unforgettable adventure, participants can expect to walk for long hours in steep and sometimes muddy conditions, tracking therefore requires a high degree of fitness, tracking can take 2-8 hours however the thrill of sighting a giant mountain Gorilla silverback surely does compensate the long distances moved.

Upon sighting the Mountain Gorillas, you are allowed one hour with them as they go about their daily life, feeding, moving, playing, raising their young ones and sometimes wrestling

We recommend that you carry your passport for registration, water proof boots, a rain jacket and long-sleeved tops to avoid pricking by the thorns

After Gorilla Tracking, you head back to the hiking base where you will find your driver awaiting to drive you back to the Lodge, lunch or dinner depending on the time taken on the hike. FB

Day 11

Bwindi Impenetrable – Lake Mburo National Park (250km, 4-5hrs)

On this day you will check out of the Lodge and transfer to Lake Mburo National Park, enjoy lunch at a restaurant and after embark on an afternoon game drive in lake Mburo National Park, later check in at the Lodge, dinner and overnight. Lodge options include, Mihingo Lodge, Rwakobo Rock Lodge, Lake Mburo Camp Meal Plan FB.

Day 12

Lake Mburo NP, Mabamba Bay Swamp and transfer to the Airport (5 hrs. 265km)

On this day, you will wake up at the accommodation for breakfast, after breakfast you will embark on a guided nature walk in Lake Mburo national park. Later come back to the lodge check out and set of back to Entebbe. You will be able to stop over at the equator for photo opportunities and souvenir shopping. Later continue to Entebbe and visit the Mabamba Bay swamp to search for the Shoe Bill.

Later you transfer back to the airport and end of service.
